Consultation
The first step to engaging us for your home or office project is to schedule an on-site consultation with us. Someone from our team will meet you at your home or business to discuss what you would like to do, answer any questions you have, review plans, and determine a budget. From there we will create a scope of work based on our conversation that will help us in the next phase of our process — System Design & Engineering.
System Design & Engineering
Our reputation for delivering high quality experiences is built on our process. Our thorough design and documentation are critical components of that process, giving our technicians the blueprint to install systems in your home. And because documentation lasts longer than the best memory, it is also something that will give you the kind of information about your home that you need when planning for updates and upgrades in the future.
Lighting Design
Not only will our team engineer your lighting control system, but we also offer in-house lighting design services. During lighting design, we select fixtures and accent lighting, create a layout, and do so in tandem with your lighting control solution. We identify where keypad and dimmer locations will be called out and create lighting scenes to best create a space that is warm and inviting while enhancing the natural beauty of your home.
Installation
An integral part of our commitment to deliver best in class systems for the modern smart home is the diligence and honed skills of our highly trained technical team. With years of education, installation experience, and troubleshooting we are able to implement complex systems in the home that operate easily, efficiently, and are consistently creating raving fans out of clients and design-build partners.
Programming
The finishing touch to the commissioning of a system is programming the interfaces our clients will be using to control everything we’ve installed. This can range from keypads, to remotes, to iPad apps and everything in-between. Our talented programmers are excellent when it comes to taking these systems and disparate products and rolling their control into one easy to use app or handheld remote and they are constantly innovating — figuring out more ways to improve the user experience.
